    I’ve been on a diet for 4 weeks eating nothing but tuna, salmon, apples, avocados, garlic and olive oil, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, pistachios, brown rice and sweet potatoes and I’ve lost over 12 pounds with very little exercise. My coworkers have all told me I look 5 years younger. Food is medicine!

    I have read all of the idiotic comments on this thread and all I have to say is this. Videos like this are generally directed toward older people like myself (60 years old) who want to have more youthful looking skin. They are not intended for children, although if the youngsters commenting here would use these tips it would help them to keep thieir youthful skin a lot longer in their lives.       K 00 cut out meat & dairy, try to use only organic skin care products with as little ingredients as possible, increase tumeric and colourful vegetable consumption and you'll see results really quickly :)

    Agree...add in exercise (both body and face muscles), use essential oils (diffuser is a GREAT investment) to get a better sleep (e.g. Eucalyptus), and avoid substances (sugar, white flour, chips, sweets, food, alcohol, smoking, etc.) that make you look > 10 years older.

      How you take care of yourself when your young has everything to do with how you look and feel when your old....always taking care of your skin..eating right and exercising is the best way to stay young ....every disease is diet and lifestyle related I'm 77 and always have since I turned 12 washed my face every night before going to bed.. many people including Drs are surprised when I tell them my age.

    Rubbing coarse salt on acne and rinsing with lemon juice for two weeks gets rid of serious acne and all the marks. Also raw egg white on a burn takes any trace of burn marks away and makes the skin baby soft and beautiful.

    You should be careful with citrus juice, although it is very good to the skin you should not expose skin with vitamin C to the sun. Always apply at night and wash it very well.
