    In my honest opinion:
    1. Mango
    High sugar content……..will spike your blood sugar
    The sweetest fruit.
    2. Almonds
    Better to eat a range of nuts, not just one.
    3. Chocolate
    Chocolate drinks have lots of sugar (usually, over 50 %)
    Chocolate bars are processed foods…..on the shelves for days/weeks.
    Better to make chocolate snacks from scratch, at home.
    Thanks

      1. almost all fruit has been hybridized and should only be eaten in small quantities
      2. Almonds have to be organic and left in water over night to release in enzyme inhibitors in order to digest properly.
      3. A lot of dark chocolate has night amounts of heavy metals. Find alternatives like caoco

      I disagree with your, 2. and 3. above and all the B.S. that the “so called” Gurus teach/preach.
      Remember that Nuts (almonds) and Chocolate has been around for 1000s of years and
      eaten by millions of our ancestors………without any problems whatsoever.

    All 3 of those foods are high in tannins which many people such as myself have to limit due to more serious issues than crows feet. It is sad because I love all those foods.😢😢😢

    • @charlanpennington3989
      @charlanpennington3989 ปีที่แล้ว

      What do tannins do, and what are they in?

    • @bettypearson5570
      @bettypearson5570 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@charlanpennington3989 wine/grapes are very high in them. Mostly in the peels as are plums. Also teas are very high. In lesser amounts in many fruits and veggies.
      One use of tannins is in processing animal hides to leather. They can also be used in some water treatments to a lesser degree.
      In my case it causes my eyes and mouth to severely dry out. At night I have an ointment I have to put in my eyes and when I wake up I have to put drops in the corner of my eyes and wait for it to seep in to moisturize the eye before opening so I don't get abrasions on my corneas. In my mouth it becomes dry enough to cause the inside of my mouth to adhere to my teeth causing mouth ulcers. To combat that I oil pull both night and morning and drink a lot of water.
      Tannins aren't the cause of this but they make it worse so I restrict my intake as much as I can. There are many who are unable to drink wine, especially red wine due to problems with tannins. Never heard of anyone dying from it but it definitely can affect quality of life.

    • @marionfeld9482
      @marionfeld9482 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I rarely eat most fats or red meat. We do eat a fair bit of fish, chicken and vegetarian dishes. Our vegetables consist of most of the ones you mentioned. I don’t believe one can exclude sugar from their diet completely, but our desserts are mostly fresh fruit which has natural sugar. I avoid sweets per se except for my dark chocolate square nightly. I drink 6 plus glasses of water daily with somewhat more in the summer. I’m finding that my hair is constantly falling out which drives me crazy. My hairdresser says that my hair is still quite thick. It certainly is not as thick as it was. What can I do to stop this continuous issue right now?
      Today is the first time I have tuned in and I have subscribed. It made me feel good to hear that almonds and dark chocolate help with my skin because while I do have some wrinkles at 80, my skin shows far fewer wrinkles than most of my friends. I’m looking forward to hearing about your comments on creams, etc. I have to look for mangoes as they’re not as easy to get here. Are there any fruits I should avoid? Thanks so much for your information today. Take care and be well.

      A. If little lumps on scalp and itching, best is very fresh (week 1 or day 1) coloidal silver rinse after finishing shampoo and any cream rinse. Buy coloidal silver kit with guaranteed pure silver. Takes about 3X, and must scrub and soak the brushes combs, any reinfection thing in the coloidal silver.wash pillowcases normally. 2 ) Borax just hates bacteria and viruses, disolve in water and do scalp rinses after each shampoo. May dry hair, my hair is waist length and is a little dry last 2 inches. 3.) Fenugreek a bitter spice, cook with it or put in the biggest empty pills you find. 1 or 2 daily. 4.) Biotin a tab a day. Superior Source absorbs best for me, and is best priced. 5.) Nettles pills 1 a day.
      Warning, new hair is stronger and stands up like a hedge hog at month 3, LOL. then normal. Hair rate about doubles, so you will pay for twice as many cuts, consider that. When you quit hair may return to normal. If coloidal silver, likely don't need Borax rinse. Do all 3 pills to drop a hundred a day hair loss to 3 a day on day 4. BUT if the lumpy itchy scalp infection it overpowers the pills. Must cure first.

      @@fionalawsonnutrition Yes I understand that But the percentage points at the end, showed no real purpose. Clearly, if people ate a variation of good fruit & vegetables, daily, including butternut squash, oranges, carrots etc & NOT consume 'crap' : processed food, excess alcohol, excess coffee, etc They would Feel healthier within & look healthier..

    Did you actually say it was a gift from the universe? 😮 Do you know how ignorant that sounds? You don't have the audacity and the gumption to say that it's a gift from God? 💯 I'm sorry if that sounds rude but I am tired of hearing people give credit to the unknown. 🤢😣💔

    I know we as women don't like to be asked our age. So I won't ask you to reveal your age. I would say you are probably in your thirties somewhere.
    But I have to wonder are you using a filter? BECAUSE you don't have any wrinkles that I can see.😮

      Thank you for watching! You guess correctly but no, there's no filter. The camera definition may be doing me some favours though!

      @@GrahamBolt-kv4zi I think you’re living in a dreamworld Graham if you think that all over the world, there is going to be happiness, prosperity, love and peace. The only time that’s going to happen is when Jesus Christ rules over the Earth from heaven. Hopefully in the near future.( Daniel 2:44,; Isaiah 9:6,7,; Matthew 6:10)
