$1611 to repaint this C7 Audi S6 front fender. Would you be ok with this?

This 2013 Audi S6 belongs to my father. Back during the winter months, it had a slight parking lot mishap which required the rear bumper to be repaired and repainted. He decided to also have the passenger side front fender repaired at the same time as he had tried to "fix" a scratch by wet sanding and went too far. (Wish he would have just let me do it.)
Anyhow, the rear bumper repair was done pretty well in my opinion. No big complaints there. The problem was with the "self pay" part of the job. The front fender.
It was very bright outside and the car was a bit dusty when I picked it up so seeing all the issues in the parking lot wasn't really going to happen. Once I got home, carefully cleaned the front fender and started having a look in the shade I could immediately see the issues. Then the late day sun revealed a MESS of swirl and machine marks from the front fender back to the the passenger front door handle. It reminded me of those big dealerships that employ inexperienced kids as their detailers and it's literally swirl-city all over the paint.

That was on Monday June 12, 2023. I never heard back.
My parents were driving their 1994 Audi S4 during the two week period that LaMettry's had the S6 in for paint work and as luck would have it, the AC was not working on the URS4. With high 80s (F) in the forecast I decided that "if you want something done right, you do it yourself" and spent a couple hours fixing the swirl marks etc. left behind by LaMettry's. At least that way I could get the car back to them rather than waiting who knows how long to get it redone. I was not happy. I am not happy. I will never again let LaMettry's touch anything I own.
For $1611, this is a disgraceful level of attention to detail.
I was once a European shop service manager and would absolutely cringe if something this half-assed ever left the shop. It makes me wonder if the same person did both the bumper and the fender.
I had two friends stop by and asked both of them to have a look at the S6 and tell me what they thought. I did not give any hints as to my feelings about the work, just wanted their eyes and thoughts. They both raised a couple small issues with the rear bumper that I hadn't really found fault with but both found the front fender to be unacceptable. "What the hell is THAT?! I would not accept that, no."
So welcome to the new normal. Overpriced and incompetent. It's the latest thing! ;-)
Trying to end on a positive here? Well, the paint match COLOR and overall paint finish texture is good. The mismatch with front bumper is likely due to the front bumper being resprayed in Arizona by the previous owner due to rock chips. The rear bumper repair is good in my opinion.

NEVER heard another word from LaMettry's to see if they could make this right. No response to Google review as well. Avoid them like the plague.
