1 can Campbell Cream of Mushroom
1 small can Evap milk
1 pc knorr chic. cube
1 big white onions
6 cloves garlic
150 gms. Bacon
200 gms Eden cheese
salt and pepper to taste

please dont call this carbonara, its just cream sauce. The bacon, ok, guanciale can be hard to find and at my place even pancetta, but no Eggs, no pecorino (or parmesan) - NO carbonara.

true this is not carbonara! no pecorino romano cheese! real carbonara is only used an egg yolks then the noodles it must be al dente! not like that she drained the noodles while ago that’s why when she mixed the noodles in her sauce it’s already dry … cream sauce pasta is the best name for this
