It's such a struggle. I too was scored 18 out of 20 for the fibro, and now, with the recent diagnosis of degenerative disease in my back and neck, I worry about what it will be like for me in the future. Keep fighting. Keep going. I still go for walks and do light labor around our home whenever I can. Look into cranial sercio therapy. I think it's called if ya like. I hear it brings a lot of relief to some. I personally haven't done it yet, due to my fear of strangers touching me. But check it out, and if you do do it, let me know if it helps as I want to try it so bad. Great video!😊

i've been considering getting a wheelchair for a long because my cane has not been enough, but everyone around me is saying i should use a walker instead of a wheelchair because they seem to think that once i start using a chair, that i'll just use that ONLY. i'm curious how you decided a wheelchair was the right choice for you and if you had considered other options before and why you decided those maybe weren't the best choice for you?

I think if it gets bad enough on my end, I'm gonna go with Walker with a seat on it first, as want to try to keep walking as much as I can as long as I can. Hate it when my feet go numb and the tingling starts, but find if I sit a bit and rub my feet, they come back.
