By law, the children belongs to the woman and not the man. But traditionally, the children belongs to the man. The man should divorce the woman and let the court agree on how much the man has to pay to his ex-wife. How is this man going to look after these children when he gets abroad? Can he afford a child minder in Canada while going to working? Because he will not be entitled to any public funds. So it will be harder for him to look after these children. My friend daughter was taking away by the social services because his new wife reported a similar issue to the authorities as she was no longer willing to look after her husband’s daughter. The man should travel out and ensure that his children always have food and clothings.
