Greta in-depth video. Thank for this! I was confused because at first I thought I had to remove the mount bolts from inside the car like some vehicles are. One of the easiest set of struts I’ve done.

Did my struts today and this video really helped. A few tips from my side:
    - make sure your spring compressor is set up in a way that lets you reinstall the parts on the new struts. Mine was in the way and i had to reposition it.
    - when reinstalling the strut it was sitting way lower than the rest of the suspension. I removed the sway bar link on one side to lower the suspension.
    - the lower bolt should be torqued at ride height. I started the bolt, then put a jack under it and raised it to ride height (even better if you measure that height before jacking up the car). This is also the time to reinstall that sway bar link
All in all a pretty easy job if you take your time

Love you videos, super helpful. One suggestion... If a mistake is made during video add a voice over not a quick small disclaimer in the corner of the screen. I was watching but almost missed it. Thanks

Thank you Mike ! There is a small mistake. The tightening of the wheel bolts according to MINI's specification is 140NM and not 122NM. Amazing video!

Are you not supposed to torque the lower strut bolt to spec when its under load?
