Love this I take a very psychological approach to tarot and am obsessed with Jungian archetypes. I’m very eager to watch the rest of your vids. This was extremely enlightening. Thank you!
Oh this has been so helpful!!! I´ve been struggling so much with the Court Cards... I was able to understand them much better, even as I read the wiki link.
The provider for me would be the king of pentacles. The king of cups would be more of the nurturer or emotion caretaker (zodiac sign of cancer). He's often described as "the most feminine king"
This is useful. I use zodiac signs for the page, king and queen and then the knights are their own thing. But I can definitely use this to add more to my understanding. I especially love the keywords. Very helpful. The court cards are definitely the hardest to crack open... Buy in the end I think that makes them deeper and more full of information.
Thank you for this, I found it very interesting so I went and took a Keirsey Temperament Sorter test just to see, lol, it said I was an Idealist, not surprisingly, but then you had to pay $14.95 to see which of the four idealists so that shall remain a mystery ;)
Thanks for this question. A fellow Tarot enthusiast I know of is going to make some of them soon, I think. :) I'm looking forward to seeing that person's ideas. I may do some myself in the future.
Thank you once again for this info! What is your opinion on the Thoth Court? The Princess/Prince/Queen/Knight confuse me a bit because I don't think they're exactly the same as the regular Court cards.
Peach Plastic Yeah, that's really a different animal.. I started this year off with a big thick book about Thoth, accepting that it's very much its own system and really birthed out of specific esoteric ideas collected by Crowley over time. I've made about twenty five pages of notes so far, which is pitiful considering I planned to be reading with the damn thing by now, but I guess it's just going to be a tougher nut for me to crack than I first thought.. I am not always inspired to study it. And I admit that I got sidetracked in Kabbalah territory due to Crowley's inclusion of the concept in Thoth, so yeah, wormholes. I'll need to come back to this question! How are you getting on with Thoth?
Well, pretty much every card in a spread pertains to a specific situation or aim in the querent's life. Where the Court cards are concerned, I often see them as strengths and abilities which are required to help things develop positively or as issues with the querent's perspective which can be worked through. Does that make sense to you?
The Four Queens That actually makes a lot of sense to me because that is exactly how I perceive them, which is why I get a bit confused when I come across interpretations such as, for example, Knights reversed meaning "disrupted travel plans" or things like that. A video would be very helpful, thank you so much! x

I'm not sure about the associations, but it's interesting to consider!
I love this! It really helped me start to understand the court cards. Thank you for this. :)
Sorry! Didn't get my THANK YOU in there before hitting enter. I appreciate your work so much, Kelly-Ann.

Thank you so much for this, very informative!! ❤️
Have you considered creating guided meditations for the court cards? I would enjoy those if you did.

Please let me know when this happens 😊

How do you read the Court cards if they are referring to a situation instead of a person/character traits?

On second thoughts, I will make a video to explain things more clearly. x
