Noelle, PLEASE do a tutorial on how to forearm stand!! If your tutorial allowed me to get this on first try then I only wanna hear from you on the subject of inversions!!
Omg 😳.... Thanks so much... I got it with ease, you won't believe countless of times that I have fallen from getting my headstand.... I even got frustrated am almost gave up on it.... Thanks for this exercise, am really happy.
After watching ur video, i am anbe to do tripod stand and hold it for 40 secs... How much time does it take to gather strength to do crow/frog stand .. Without head support ?
this is how I learned to do a headstand around 9 years old years later its' my go to once your legs are on your arms slowly lift the legs above your head with legs even with your shoulders as your legs become aligned with your spine bring them together, do this very slowly all the while focusing on balance and breathing, do not forget to point your toes I can hold this pose completely straight legs in the air for a very long time but do not expect to get to that point quickly you can keep your legs bent until you're confident enough to bring those legs completely straight it will take years to perfect this pose, once you do, it will become unthinkable just like walking upright on your feet and once at that point you add move challenging techniques (lotus inverted), handless, and so on this pose takes incredible core , upper body, strength, balance, spine flexabitly and concentration you will not do this pose if you lack any of the above and above all you must be unafraid, be confident in your body and mind's chakras and power
This is great for overall wellbeing but inversions are a fantastic way to decompress your spine, boost energy and build core strength and stabilization!
I have a pe test on this but it hurts my head to much and I have to do it on wooden floor when the test is here to can i have some pointers on how to get rid of the pain without using a pillow because they won’t let us use that
Wow, a wood floor sounds really uncomfortable for headstands. I'd encourage you to play with your weight distribution a little- trying not to drop so much weight into your head but really using your arms and core to help lift and support the weight of your body in this inversion. Cheering you on for that test!
All bodies can learn to do this exercise 👍. The only time I recommend not doing this is if there is pain or an injury with your neck, back or shoulders or you have a condition that you have not been cleared by a doctor for exercise.
Take a little time each day to practice just putting a little weight into your hands. Over time you’ll build strength and get it. Great work for trying!
Sorry to hear that. Remember to set yourself up in a safe environment and even use the support of a couch or cushions when you practice. You may even want to have another person spot you for extra caution. Stay safe. Hopefully the next try will be a better experience for you.
Some practices are going to feel tough and like you’re not getting anywhere but if you stick with it, you’ll get there! You’re getting stronger every time you practice. You’ve got this.💪

Hi Noel , do u do handstand.. If yes pls make a tutorial video.. I learned tripod stand in one go
Would love to but I’m still working towards that one myself! 😆 So glad this video was helpful!
I did it
this is how I learned to do a headstand around 9 years old
years later its' my go to
once your legs are on your arms slowly lift the legs above your head with legs even with your shoulders as your legs become aligned with your spine bring them together,
do this very slowly all the while focusing on balance and breathing, do not forget to point your toes
I can hold this pose completely straight legs in the air for a very long time but do not expect to get to that point quickly
you can keep your legs bent until you're confident enough to bring those legs completely straight
it will take years to perfect this pose, once you do, it will become unthinkable just like walking upright on your feet
and once at that point you add move challenging techniques (lotus inverted), handless, and so on
this pose takes incredible core , upper body, strength, balance, spine flexabitly and concentration
you will not do this pose if you lack any of the above and above all you must be unafraid, be confident in your body and mind's chakras and power
I felt some preasure on my head dont know if am doing the head right.
Are there any benefits to this? Muscle growth or strength?
This is great for overall wellbeing but inversions are a fantastic way to decompress your spine, boost energy and build core strength and stabilization!
Awesome 🇮🇳💕
Thx smm

What is the longest someone can do it for?
I couldn’t balance on my two hands

Instructions unclear, did a front flip landed on my arm and almost broke a window
Sorry to hear that. Remember to set yourself up in a safe environment and even use the support of a couch or cushions when you practice. You may even want to have another person spot you for extra caution. Stay safe. Hopefully the next try will be a better experience for you.
I'm crying rn in the middle of my dance studio I literally can not do it😢
