- Welcome to Old Skull Garage! In this exciting episode, we uncover a true barn find: a Talbot Matra Rancho that has been dry stored for 26 years. This part-restored classic was a challenge to extract, requiring us to pull it sideways out of an underground garage before a recovery truck winched it up and transported it to our workshop.

Hi Andy. The car will be restored by the new owner. So, who I was filming with Zoltan. He is the new owner. If he makes some progress, I might visit him again ☺️
@@OldSkullGarage-MotoringShow Thank you for your reply Andy Allen
I have loved these ever since I saw a new one as a boy doing a cross country event. It had the screen mounted spotting lamps.
They are cool looking cars for sure :) I bet with dose spot lights look like a prover expedition vehicle :)
@@OldSkullGarage-MotoringShowI've always loved that type of vehicle since then. I now use a kangoo fitted out for utility use. And have a series 2A Land Rover.
Sounds like you have a nice set up. Series 2A Land Rovers are a good looking 4x4`s. I road tested a series 3 few years ago. Was a bit tight for me. But I own a Daihatsu F20. Absolutely love it .
Simca 1.5, same as the Alpine or Horison near enough
Sweet sweet car
It is indeed 👍
Hi Boris. Haven't seen one of these for many years, there were a few here in the UK back in the 80s I seem to recall. I never knew quite what they were supposed to be, just a bit quirky I guess.
Hi Phil. This car is rare everywhere now. They always been quirky :) Like many other inexpensive car with not much following they just disappeared ... Im glad they find me to make a video with them :)
