Gyeon Can Coat. The good stuff. I was able to get 2years+ on a daily driven from Can Coat 2nd gen. Took me 45mins via seude applicator and pipette. Gyeon Can coat can easily out perform some of other brands using this method . Can Coat EVO makes it even easier.
Love all the guys complaining about not polishing before a coating and not polishing after claying. Most customers could care less. As long as the paint is cleaned, decontaminated, and hit with a prep spray you can coat anything.
I did this on a new light grey Audi Q7. and some other detailer guy pulled around n was like "bro you v didn't polish?!" ugh the coating won't last. 8 months later and a maintenence wash every 2 to 3 weeks and CanCoat is still like day 1. I stopped the other detailer guy driving by and asked him why the coating is still as good as ever?.. ughh, umm... I dunno. 😆 I said.. because you don't necessarily need to polish unless the clear coat requires it. WAKE UP PEOPLE. great job and videos. you guys are the best!
All of Gyeon’s consumer coatings can be applied outside. Of course it’s just always easier and better to apply in a garage or anywhere out of direct sunlight.
Is there a Gyeon product for Matte wraps and matte powder coated wheels? You have sold me on the products but I have one car with all matte finish and don't want to make it glossy.
Only way to screw up QuickView is detaching the coating reservoir from the applicator pad by over tightening…not that I’m speaking from experience 😬 Both of these products are killer though. I’d recommend wearing some kind of mask for Can Coat-its solvent smell is pretty powerful.

Imo, always polish before coat. Polishing open ups the clearcoat, and provides more gloss. Coating afterwards will be the cherry on the cake. If you don’t polish, the coating ability’s, in terms of shine, will not be to its full potential. Also, claying can leave marring on the paint, which will also affect the gloss effect.
Claying with proper lubricant and an ultra fine perforated clay towel can & has be done without marring the paint. Have done it multiple times with no problems when checked with scan light after. All in the products and technique. Don't remove any more clear than you have to if it doesn't need it. Mfg. are putting on less and less of it now-a-days so it's best to polish when it needs it, not just because it's a step a process.
The can coat comes with 3 spray, nozzles the detail store I bought it from said that after one use of that nozzle, you gotta throw it away because the ceramic coating crystallizes inside. So how can I get 10 to 15 cars from only three spray nozzles that I could only use once per time
Use your head dude. Use some hot soapy water and spray some through your nozzles after applying product… the lack of common sense in this world is truly sad…
Would be something to have the vehical sit out side while the paint finishes curing then add the tire shine befor pulling it into the gurage for the night.
Shame he says putting on gyeon view on your wipers it keeps it from juddering. I found that by coating windshield AND wipers (with the bottled version of q2 view) it DOES judder. Imoh most likely because it works SO well , with one wipe the surface becomes so dry/clean it adds to the friction of rubber on glass , therefore judders. Any one else with this experience?
Most people want their car ceramic coated for ease of maintenance. I like level swirl free paint even if I put spray wax on my car. People can have different desires than us and buy detailing products.
I don't get it u go through all that prep besides u never do polishing why not use a proper ceramic coating like mohs evo & use can coat as a maintenance spray I'm talking from a guy who's doing his own car at home. I get url want to showcase can coat
I always laugh when some detailer uses the same rag to apply a product and then uses the same rag to take it off, always always use two different towels for this process. By the way my man where did you get this guy in your video, he sounds ignorant, if he was a spokesman for my company I'd have to fire him he sounds like he has no idea what he's talking about and as he's talking he doesn't seem sure of himself at all.

After cleaning the windscreen and supposedly wiping it clean, significant streaking was seen while the person applied the ceramic coating. Why is that?
Given that the bottle is closed, the time is indefinite but not unlimited. Pay particular attention to the sprayer / nozzle that must be clean and then you will come a long way. 10:22 / 22:07 Have fun with it if you consider purchasing it.

You’d be surprised lol works great. To be fair you can skip the heating and it still does great.
In order to get the most out of any tire dressing, it’s best to heat the rubber up.
After you clean the tires, face the wheels to the sun. Wait 5 minutes then put the tire stuff on

Did you do the window first, in the can coat video you can see all the stroke marks on the glass.
Yeah either the inside of the windscreen is dirty or the glass application was not good at all. Looks a right mess.

In my experience anytime I coat a glass window, it always squeaks. I just use stoners.
