Great job graduating early from driver training, Josiah. I'm not surprised, though, because you are always so focused and intently watching things around you. I always wondered why they eat gluten-free. I have a sensitivity to it which affects my digestive system but I know of others who get sinus headaches from it. I wonder if that is how it affects Rebekah.
Crazy headache is a weird thing going around in our area too I know a few people in our area that had it. RE: tomatoes if you just have too many to process or can and you trust your freezers, or have room enough in the freezers, just wash them and cut them in quarters and freeze them skins on in gallon bags to process later. I freeze whole cherry tomatoes in quart bags and just use them as I need them when I need them. You can make tomato soup from frozen tomatoes.
I think they make radio frequency controlled switches that would allow you to turn your fences on and off from wherever you are on the farm. I know how much of a day can get eaten up by running to do the ancillary tasks.
It's a private residence and people are usually coming to learn/consult, etc. You have to filter out strangers in some way, especially with you running multiple businesses and have a lot of active children's activities.
Why would he just let strangers on his property and around his family? Before you know it people will be all over his land. Petting the cows and swimming in the pond! These people are there to learn. They should pay for that by working! He also has his program Abundance Plus. Buy a subscription to that - you’ll learn a lot!

@@kathleenoverton3263 If you have a big 18qt roaster - instead of every other day canning tomatoes, you could easily do it every week with half the time invested. More time for other things. Just core and freeze until you have a roasters worth. once defrosted the skins pop off, drain the clear juice and toss the pulp in the roaster to cook unattended on the back porch so you don't heat up your house. Just gotta can tomatoes before you harvest the pigs!
for Rebekah - put you feet into as warm a water as you can (don't burn your feet) it opens the blood vessels in your feet taking pressure off the blood vessels in the brain
Poor Rabecca, gluten intolerance is the worst and unfortunately it can take up to 6 weeks for it to be completely removed from her system. My kids and I can’t tolerate gluten..

Having Gluten-Ease on hand for when we have to eat possibly-contaminated foods is a huge help for my family.
