my old employer had a half day on Fridays. I still left for a place with greater growth potential and a full day on Friday. It's one of those benefits that are nice, but aren't making or breaking anything. The last four hours on a Friday are a cakewalk anyway, they just made it guilt-free.

I've been on 4-10s for the better part of 17 years and it's really wearing on me and you can't get much personal stuff done during the week.

40 hours, 4 day 10 hours. Sometimes 12 hour work day, because of unpaid breaks. Auto workers do a 4 day work week. They will sleep in the first day off. They also feel that the day is gone for working all day/night.

15:13 because the places that have implemented the 4-day work week includes Amazon which is a the biggest employer who does it who also actively tries to get their people burnt out. You gotta look at the data with a discerning eye and remove the confusing variables.
