    BATAS SA TITULO NG BAHAY.
    -kapag may mga alterations or mga corrections sa titulo ng lupa na inyong bibilhin ay mas mabuting idulog muna sa ating korte bago bilhin upang mag karoon ng mga suggestion at upang maiwasan ang abirya.
    -para po sa lahat ng bibili ng lupa ay mag exercise po tayo ng extraordinary diligents, upang makagawa ng paraan at mapag tuunan ng oras at ma verify ng maayos ang mga daoat iverify kung legitimate ba ang lupang bibilhin.

    Proper Registration Decree
    Those corrections of entries in the land title being said must be taken in the court.
    Because of being a sensitive document of land title the correction by handwriting, corrections or anything that must not be seen in the title is prohibited.

    KARAPATAN KAUGNAY SA TITULO NG LUPA
    A topic about land ownerships and land title are very common especially to Filipinos. These things are sometimes the cause of a very large dispute against families, so it is very helpful to learn some knowledge and rights regarding this topic.
    What I have learned:
    Land titles are a delicate thing. It should not be tampered nor should be change without proceeding to the court. Because such is what is mentioned in our property registration decree or the law regarding title, the adjustment of any land title must proceed through our court. Any land title that has been tampered and corrected by just some person is not allowed to be sold.
    Note:
    If presented of a corrected and tampered land title, one should not get or bought the land immediately as a problem may occur because adjustment of land titles should be properly handled by out court. We can always ask people that are capable of helping us whenever we encounter something we are not sure about.

If we buy land it must be fixed. The sellers to avoid scams and also so that we can avoid problems in the future. Be sure that is it’s a legitimate or worth for buying.
