Good day Justice Buddy! Thank you for another fruitful video that talks about batas sa banggaan at bayaran. In this video when, the viewer asked, "Pwede ba akong tumangging magbayad sa nabangga ko dahil wala niya sa aming kasulatan?" This is because both parties have contractual autonomy under Article 1306 of the Civil Code. You have the option to sign and set up a contract. " Whatever they want in a contract, as long as it doesn't violate morals, law, public order, and morals." You now have the right to financial assistance for To because you completed the tasks assigned to you in the contract. Thank you Attorney! God bless

Good day Attorney this lesson is about the BATAS SA BANGGAAN AT BAYARAN SA ISANG AKSIDENTE. And I have learned the rights of a person to enter a lawful contract as to their own convenience. Under the Article 1306 of Civil Code states the Autonomy of Contracts which is the freedom of both parties to make agreement or contract as to their own as long as the contract are not prohibited or contrary to law, morals, good customs, public order or public policy. And also the other party has the right to refuse to the demand of other if it is not in their contract. Thank you attorney for discussing this topic and I will apply it to myself if this happens to me. Have a great day.
