The right of the child was violated by the means that the child should not do any labor and if they work, the job should not be caused any danger or health risk to the child. Jeffrey Bajita, ang pwedeng ikaso dito sa ganitong sitwasyon ay paglabag sa karapatan ng mga bata pwede pumasok dito sa Child Exploitation or Child Abuse in relation to Working Children na batas, dahil ang ating kabataan bilang pangkalahatan na alituntunin ay hindi pwedeng maghanapbuhay pa, maliban na lamang sa ilang mga exemption na nakalagay sa ating batas at dapat ang trabaho nila ay hindi delikado sakanilang kalusugan, dahil katulad sa legal question naaksidente or may nangyaring masama dapat pananagutan nung employer, because in the first place illegal ang ginagawa nila la luna walang pahintulot ng guardian or ng mga magulang ng bata.

    You can file a complaint against the child's rights under Child exploitation or Child abuse in relation to working children of law, because all minors are not permitted to work, except in other circumstances or exemptions of the law that state that the minor's work should not be hazardous to his or her health. Just like the accident that occurred in the video lecture, the employer should be liable because, they worked the child illegally, especially if they didn't have the consent of his parents.     In this Case Child Exploitation or the Child Abuse will enter, in relation to working children. The employer who hire a minors for a dangerous jobs is liable under the law especially without the permission of the parent or guardian of the child.

    Because all minors are not allowed to work unless there are other circumstances or exemptions to the law that the work of the minor should not be dangerous to his or her health, you can file a lawsuit against the child's rights under Child Abuse or Child Exploitation in relation to working children of law. The employer should be held guilty, much like the accident in that case, because they illegally worked the youngster in the first place, and they didn't have his parents' permission to do so.
