- No talking ASMR version I head out solo winter camping in deep snow to go winter bushcraft camping. I build a warm survival shelter with snow blocks, tarps and a fire pit inside . I set up a nice bushcraft camp, cut dome fire wood and do some cooking of kabobs, bacon, eggs sausage and brew cowboy coffee. I enjoy my morning cowboy coffee in a winter wonderland and share all meals with my dog Bella. I use a wool blanket, boughs and a -30 sleeping bag to stay warm along with my and warm shelter, we manage to stay warm in the winter cold.

As Bella was running around, my Ellie is watching her in 4k and wagging her tail and barking playfully. So I'm watching still in bed. My neck is so bad I can't lift or do anything that pulls on my neck muscles. What an example of a shelter that will last until it's warm out. Are those blocks of snow from the store? You know just add water 😂 I went into the wooded area of my property and found now my second abandoned well and 150’ it was called the ditch. I found the ditch. It drops from level 20 - 25’ down. It's shallow but moving. So if moving not a ditch or swamp. It's over 100’ L and 20 - 50’ wide. It’s the water table and if it’s moving, there is obviously a spring. Found a coyote den too. Not to thrilled about that!! I have a pair of work boots, with shoe laces are made of parachord and each end is made to start a fire and the striker is on the laces. Just put them in the middle of the boot. They work too. 😂😂

A very interesting video. Why did you not join the tarps togeather to stop heat escaping from your shelter and allowing snow to enter your shelve? Keep up the good work. God bless.
Thanks. They are not joined to allow smoke to escape. Thus, I can have a fire inside. If there were closed it wouldn't be possible to breathe. It was -10°c outside and +14°c inside with the fire when I took a reading

How do you replace all the calories that you burn up building your shelter?
Eat food
This isn’t real survival, more like big kid playing build a fort. Car is only a few minutes away if it gets to cold or takes to long to build I’d think. In real survival this thing is too big and not efficient to build or heat.
The gap in the roof annoyed me, why didn’t he make them meet?
The opening is there for a very important reason, that is, to allow for the smoke to escape. Can't have an open fire inside without an opening like this unless a stove with a chimney is used. Otherwise, it would be completely filled with smoke so bad I couldn't have seen or been able to breathe
Dogs shouldnt be suffering in this extreme weather.
