Thanks for the info! Wondering if you could tell me what your process was for removing the plywood floor that was already in your van? I've got a similar situation going on in my '04 Sprinter with a ton of rivets!

We had the same situation! It’s easiest to drill out the rivets.

@@madetoexplore that's what I was thinking of doing. And then what did you do to seal all of the holes?

@@kailyfineran3072 paint the exposed metal to avoid rust and fill them with something flexible like Sika Flex
