And this helps with the medicine she prescribed morning and night. And helps me establish normal breathing from fast paced uneven breathing due to a panic attack

Tooooo fast. I breathe all the way in for about 8. And then can hold for 4 and then out breath is for 8 or 10. Then hold for 5. Try it. This is almost like hyperventilating
