    Sir you are doing fabulous job... I almost control my anxiety and panic attack by practising your breath work, before i am taking two medicine with higher dose now i am taking one with lowest dose. Hope i soon stop medicine.... Thank you again❤❤....

    Thank you ☺️ for another amazing breath work video. These videos are getting me through all of this uncertainty we are living with. They are my daily dose of antidepressant, anti anxiety and positivity....imagine only positive side effects. Ahhhh!

      Try to close your airways in the back of your throat, like making a Darth Vader noise with mouth closed, essentially you can dramatically reduce speed of air coming in but you sound silly at the same time, so win win 🙏😁

    That is amazing with this technique With my eyes closed I could get there really there deep into the emptiness and the fullness of space time and I could see it bending every second by second in a twinkling of an eye I could see the moon from new to full like a puff of a balloon. Very nice.

      This one’s quite gentle, avoid fast heavy deep breathing

    I can’t do the full breath in and out with out feeling like I’m losing breath and now I feel light headed like im blowing up a balloon 😪

    It's good stuff, except it's not relaxing (to me) to listen to someone breathing deeply, similarly to how it is difficult to sleep when someone is snoring. You could use a different sound for guidance?
