Here's an idea ;) Write a Trojan script inside your CV :) so that your CV can be accepted by the "autorejection" software. (select the font size on smallest and highlight white so that no one can see). You're welcome.
Companies like greenhouse profit off the talentless in-house recruiting teams that sprung up like mad as everyone transitioned to WFH during covid. One thing is for sure: you're in for a wacky ride accepting a role with a shop that uses this stuff!
@gary7181 Thank you for this comment, I think I have the same "overqualified" issue and I've been thinking about how ethical would be to reduce it to pass. So will do :)
It doesn't have to be too close to the time you applied to the job. They could delay the rejection response to make it more believable.

Does checking off need authorization mean I’ll get rejected?.. or should I lie… just to get in…
We don't recommend lying because some companies literally cannot sponsor :(
