Not sure if I will get a reply but: What is "Reject and Don't send email"? The candidate will never hear back? And when would it be appropriate to use that option?
This might be appropriate to use with an internal candidate with whom you have had an in-person conversation with. In that case, they probably wouldn't want to see a rejection email as well.
Also if a candidate has applied for Multiple Jobs in the same organizations then this can be used. However i was told If that is a the case they usually keep the candidate in the App review stage to ensure there is no confusion.
It would be great to get an update on this, I guess greenhouse has changed.
