Hello mam I tried ATS but it not scanning it is showing to upgrade 😢
Did ATS software marking universally the candidate, so that other company's could observe openly in his previous company marking.
Mam if we update our resume with time for ex before one month I use to right persuing mba but now as my mba get finished then I used write completed mba
So in this case also is ats consider us fake candidate
is ats is common for all companies and if some x shared a resume with "m" company with fake experience and also applied for "b" company with out experience then how do the b - company ats know that the x is wrong person and should block them

Is it possible for an employee to promise you that you will never get to work anywhere, and use their ATS to propagate something negative so that you get blacklisted in all companies of a country or even the whole world? I am facing this after such promise, seg almost 10 thousand resumes to hundreds of companies, and the rejection is extremely sistematic.

Mam I have one doubt. I am a Mechanical Engineer from 2019 batch. Since then I was preparing for government jobs. Due to current pandemic situation,I want a private job. In March 2020 I joined as a subject matter expert ( mechanical ) for a company which is work from home part time job.I could not earn good amount by this but I am still in this job. Now I want to apply for other private companies where this experience don't have any value (in core field) .Should I include this experience in my resume or Should I indicate myself as a fresher. If I am indicating myself as fresher then it will consider a 2 years gap. Same thing for job website too. Please help Mam 🙏🙏
Add that work experience in your resume. When asked in Interviews tell them the truth about the job experience you have. But dont tell the interviewer about More salary, infact tell about "Good Opportunity".

Hi Deepika, ATS is not to practice it is an application or it is a software that a human resources team use in companies. So, there is nothing to practice in ATC.
