Agreed stretching is soo underrated and forgotten about most times (speaking for myself sometimes)! But SO important to seeing results and properrecovery ❤️
If you are use to HITT & reformer Pilates, this won’t be intense for you. This is one to do when your around ur menstruation 🩸 if u haven’t worked ur muscles in awhile (like me with my abbs), then u will burn for sure. I added a resistance band to the beginning exercises to make it a bit more intense. But it’s definitely on the lighter side for those who are use to pilates. If ur more of a beginner, I think this is quite friendly, could be bit more on the challenging side, so don’t give up wherever you are at!! I❤
Nice to see a workout that people with long, long legs (like me) can do. However, I noticed that when you do jumps, you don't land on your full foot, only on the ball of your foot. You should complete the landing. Toe-ball-heel. Otherwise you will have trouble with your arches and calves.
Uff, didn't think there were so many core exesices. Just wanted some leg work to substitute missing Volleyball today. But now I'm done and feel great. Would do it again.
