This video made me confident once again. I have diabetes and take 4pt insulin before lunch. I am 34 weeks pregnant currently. Everyone is scaring me that I won't be able to give birth naturally although my diabetes is under control, I actively work at office and at home and I follow diet chart prescribed by a dietitian. I haven't gain much weight either and my pressure is normal. But past few days I was really upset hearing everybody's comment that I will have to go through a C-section. I really feel hopeful again after seeing this content that yes, there are quite a lot chances that I will make it happen naturally. Thanks a lot. Do pray for me, please!
@@PoonamSingh-fx7bm Hi there.... I was on 1800 calories diet up to my 30th week based on my weight and height. Currently I am on 2000 calories diet. My diet includes less carb and more protein as well as vegetables and minerals. I am prescribed to take 2-3 rotis with vegetables and egg in the morning, within 8-9am. At around 11 am or so, I have to take some light snacks that include sour fruit along with an egg white or some crackers. Then lunch between 1-2pm that includes rice with as much as vegetables I can take and 2 pieces of fish/meat and lentils. After 5pm, again some light snacks like puffed rice, chola, soup, sweet potatoes or whatever I prefer. I have to consume dinner by 8:30PM that again includes 3-4 rotis with vegetable, lentils and 2pcs fish/meat. After around 1.5hrs of dinner I have a glass of milk. This was my routine up to 30th week. Currently I am suggested to increase the milk intake and protein intake. Also, throughout the day, I drink around 2-2.5L of water (yeah I also pee a lot!). Now this is my diet chart, but your one must be different and prescribed by your dietitian based on your height and weight. For every diabetic patient, specially the pregnant ones, a diet chart should be followed that's prescribed by a dietitian. If you start to maintain this prescribed lifestyle, your baby will grow with proper nutrition while you may not gain too much weight because your body will adapt itself to this eating habit. Of course you can't follow every single bit of the diet chart, I myself couldn't all the times, but trust me, I gained only 2-3kgs extra by my 8th month while the baby is perfect by the grace of Almighty. Even the dietitian was amazed that how could I be the same like the first visit to her. A proper diet chart doesn't allow the body to cry for unhealthy craving, because you are already supplying enough and proper nutrition to your body and your child's. In my case, I don't have constipation, heartburn, swelling or water retention. So don't be afraid if you have diabetes, dear. Check with your Endocrinologist and s/he will refer to a dietitian. Follow her advice, you and your baby both will be healthy InshaALLAH. Sorry for this loooong reply. Good luck!
I'm 16 weeks pregnant rn this was posted exactly when i needed and am so happy, nausea was extreme in my first trimester so i can't even take exercise because i was losing so much weight, now its manageable so i think it's the right time to start exercise.

Hello, please look up pelvic girdle pain of symphysis pubis disorder (it's the same thing). I have this from my 8th month, it became worse due to unmonitored exercising. But you needn't have any specific reason to get it. It happens because our body produces a hormone called relaxin. This is produced excessively during final trimester to help our ligaments relax while we give birth, so a way for our body to prepare for vaginal birth. SPD happens when the pelvis bone overstreched due to some sudden activity, improper postures for longer, history of pelvis injury or at times has no reason. The intensity of it differs from person to person. This pain can radiate from pelvis to sciatica to our SI Joints in hip. It's advisable to keep your legs closed and get down from bed or car. Move your upper and lower body in same direction when getting down. No sudden turning and no spring walking. Walking is advisable if your severity has reduced and is the best way to recovery cause less movement also make your muscles stiff. Sometimes getting up or sitting also becomes painful. If you have a specific spot of pain in your ligament area of pelvis you can use cold press and in general warm baths at night help to sleep. It can be really bad initially, but with the help of your gynecologist and a specialised physiotherapist you can manage this pain. Ask for basic painkillers which can help you and get a pregnancy waist belt or Sacroiliac belt. The extra weight from the baby is what makes this whole experience bad, so don't worry once you deliver your pain will reduce, but do go to physiotherapist after you deliver (ask your gynecologist when is the safe period to go to one post pregnancy) for pelvic floor exercises to regain your pelvic muscle strength and make issues better. This pain can reccur with your next pregnancy too, but not a surity. I have managed this to various extent and currently gonna deliver in a week. Will keep you updated if you want on my journey to recovery of this.
@@desi_feminist84 thank you so much... Really u pulled me out of confusion.. Yes i actually sleep on floor bed, and a lot of household work. So i think these may be reasons... This pain is reduced as I'm taking rest from past 4 days. Really thank you so much from bottom of my ♥

Hello, please look up pelvic girdle pain of symphysis pubis disorder (it's the same thing). I have this from my 8th month, it became worse due to unmonitored exercising.
