माँ के 18th week - 23rd week में ये exercises किए जाते है।Umbilical hernia इस पांचवे महीने में आपको महसूस होगा आपका पेट धीरे धीरे बढ़ने लगा है। इस दौरान माँ को एकदम सही position में बैठना (sitting position during pregnancy) , उठना या सही तरीकेसे सोना होता है। तो यह काफी अच्छी तरीकेसे , संभालके करना है क्योकि अगर ना करे तो माँ को बदन दर्द की शिकायत आ सकती है , पैर दर्द होता है , हमे back ache होना शुरू होता है।
माँ का चौथा महीना शुरू करने के बाद , डॉक्टर ने बताया होगा की माँ को करवट लेके सोना (sleeping when pregnant) चाहिए क्योकि उससे बेबी की तरफ जानेवाला रक्त प्रवाह काफी अच्छा रहता है। लेकिन करवट लेके सोते वक्त हमे क्या सावधानिया बरतनी चाहिए इस बारेमें भी आज जानेंगे।
Pregnancy में माँ के core muscles weak हो जाते है तो इन muscles में कैसे ताकत लाये, ये सारे भी exercises देखने वाले है क्योकि इन exercises से umbilical hernia जैसे समस्या नहीं होती है और साथ ही साथ delivery के वक्त ताकत भी मिलती है और delivery आसान हो जाती है। आज इस वीडियो में स्ट्रेच्टिंग एक्सरसाइजेज के बारेमें भी बताया गया है।

Ma'am, mujhe 5 month chal Raha hai, but mujhe extreme cough and cold ho Gaya hai, jiske Karan Mera urine leak ho Raha hai, aur ribs bhi bahut jyada pain hai, kya karu? Bahut dikkat ho Rahi hai . Kisi bhi tarah aaram nahi aa raha. Dr se medicine bhi Li hai, unhone COVID test ke liye bola hai
Cold during pregnancy should be managed like usual cold. Keep warm, avoid public places, warm gargles. The difficulty is that many illnesses start looking like cold but develop into something else so if fever and sore throat is bad or there is severe body ache or cough with difficulty breathing you should see a doctor urgently. Please don't self medicate in pregnancy as lots of medicines are not to be used

Hello mam. Meri pregnancy5 month running hai... Mera 4 sal pahle se spinal back pain hai. Left side. But pain right side me hai. Aur pragnany ke bad se back pain to nahi ho raha par right side me hi back se just lover side ya niche batucs me walk kaete ya flour me baitne se pain hota hai mai. Mai 5 month ke Flour ke sitting exercise bhi nahi kar pa rahi hu pain ke karan... Iske liye kya kare. Koi upay btaiye

Once you're in bed, allow your feet space to move around with loose blankets and bedding. If you sleep with your bedding tucked in with your toes pointing downwards, it can make cramps worse. Try raising your feet too, by propping them on a pillow.
