I feel like I have been pregnant for 40 years but am grateful 🙏 to God that soon I will be a mother 👩 too. Thank you Lord...Amen 🙏

I've practice what you said and delivered normally thank you so much ma'am now my son he's 8 months old... He is a jolly child ...God bless you tons...
Did turmeric milk have any effect on milk production? Did you consumed turmeric milk regularly before delivery? Were you able to breastfeed your newborn?
We have homebirths here and pack nothing, but we have supplies at home. I love dates and turmeric and honey tea last trimester of pregnancy. It helps tone the uterus and keep bacteria healthy in your intestines.
All good except the cut mentioned. Listen to natural doulas on this, episiotomy cut creates lifelong pain, while naturaltearing can happen if the body needs but it will heal better and faster and allow you to be healthy and happy longterm. Don’t play about the perineum and don’t allow anyone to go cutting it. Also, take your relaxed breathing and don’t accept a rushed labor or anyone telling you to push hard.your baby will come out on its own if you listen to your body, take your time, and labor standing/on your knees! ❤
Thank you mam for ur precious advice...n its my 9th month n before ur advice i was very nervous my edd is 29 sep....now feeling relaxed plz pray for me n my baby too..🙏

I was very afraid for certain things wch happens during delivery but now it feels really good after listening to her words . Thank you very much mam it really helpful for me ❤️
I cannot believe how this lady just promoted it was ok to be cut when the baby is coming out But all the woman has to do is wait for the next contraction and the baby will come out after crowning
Good morning, Thank you Doctor for all the information. I’m 27 weeks pregnant and yes it is my first time very nervous and scared. I’ll definitely try to follow all the tips that you shared here. Thank you again God bless you 🙏🏻
Mentstruating does not start after delivery. It is the blood from where the placenta was actually, the lochia. So you need special maternity pads. Some women might not menstruate for months or even a year if breastfeeding.
This is really helpful thank you mom am actually 38 weeks pregnant and this is my first baby. I pray for safe delivery for myself all mothers out there even though I’m little bit scared but am sure everything will be fine ❤
Namaste Shararaji, It's normal to have some anxiety about giving birth. Many women worry about the health of their baby. Relax and do meditation that will help you through this.
I wasn’t expecting to hear about the acceptance of episiotomies (“the cut”). It is actually more beneficial for the mother to tear on her own bc when then add the cut it shows the mother tears more then if natural since there is already an opening and episiotomies heal longer with more complications than natural tears. Also it is possible for some women NOT to tear!! This shouldn’t be the accepted norm there is a better way.
I’m not sure what is more beneficial. In US they don’t cut they let the body tear and stitch up as required. But in india they put a tear so that there is not abrupt tear or damage to the urethra part that will further cause woman to develop infection or hurt while peeing. Well whatever it is both are scary for me. I’m due soon 😕
Bcoz of low amniotic fluid level doctor suggested to do c section... and by side am taking iv fluids..I'm trusting my body and baby to have a normal delivery. NEED ALL YOUR PRAYERS TO HAVE A SAFE DELIVERY
Thank you so much ma'am for this very nice video...very helpful..I feel at ease seeing in your video.God bless all mother's..I'm in my 29 weeks.Thank you Lord
But ma'am you didn't mention the most important thing that is needed to deliver naturally in hospital, birth education - you need independent birth classes which will tell you why C sections happen and why most of them are unnecessary, how to labor maximum time at home to reduce your chances of getting interventions, how you can avoid episiotomy and tearing by using physiological upright pushing position and the most important thing to have in your birth bag is your birth plan. Avoiding C section has become a battle nowadays and women need to educate themselves on evidence based care in birth, their birth choices and how their bodies work in labour. Labour management techniques for their partners is a must otherwise everyone panics and pushes the mother to get a C section. No episiotomy doesn't have to be compulsory and not every healthy pregnant woman needs to go the hospital to birth. Look at Midwifery care offered by birth centres in Kerala and Hyderabad and Bangalore. Or home birth with sufficient preparation and education is always an option that women are choosing to experience undisturbed physiological birth, water birth etc. A passionate home birth Midwife here.

If your doctor wants to perform one during labour, you can (and should) decline it. Delivering the shoulders is not usually more difficult than delivering the head. Also, the bleeding after birth is not menstruation, it is called lochia.
I have heard a valid reason for episiotomy, a natural tear can happen anywhere near rectum or bladder which can lead to many complications with bladder or bowel movements. In order to prevent tear in those risky area, the doctor deliberately makes an incision sideways.

Maybe that's just what she calls it, the uterine lining is shedding during this time and the site where the placenta comes out of is also healing.
