    Fun fact about Blitz in KH1, if you use Leons keyblade (i think lionheart) it gives off a gunshot sound if it connects.

    Sonic Blade was actually nerfed in the 1.5 collections. On the PS2 version, you could perform the entire Limit around 3 times faster if you timed the inputs tightly.

    You know I never noticed that in trinity limit for khfm sora pushes the keyblabe even deeper into the ground and twists it like he’s releasing the power of the magic circle🤔

      Always thought he was sort of unlocking the power (he does the unlock motion of key, to me)

    In kh3, some of the magic can trigger flowmotion. If you cast blizzard close enough to the ground, the projectile leaves a rail of ice on the ground that Sora can rail grind on. As for aero, regardless of how close you are to the ground, Sora can swing around it like a pole.

    Can I also say that the Vortex move from Kingdom Hearts 1 looks sooo similar to Roxas's finisher from KH2 (with the Kingdom Key or struggle weapon)

    Also im extremely late but the first 2 hits of final blow in kh3 remind me of the counter rush reprisal you can do in dream drop distance, the first 2 hits are really similar, the difference is DDD sora does a frontflip slash to finish it off and kh3 sora finishes it off with a horizontal slash before being able to continue attacking

    I seriously wonder why blitz didn't make it in Sora's moveset in smash

      He does have a blitz moveset in smash, only with his forward tilt showing him doing slapshot first, normal stab second, finishing move known as blitz at the end

    Counter slash in kh3 reminds me of kh1 counter attack

      Maybe that's a reference for all main line game?
      Counter slash is similar to kh1 counter attack with Sora make one powerful slash after blocking.
      Counter impact seems to be for kh2 counter, where instead of kh1 slash, kh2 Sora create a impact while opening his arm to stunt the enemy.
      Counter kick will most probably be a new counter one specifically for kh3 Sora.

    Ah KH3 base Sora.... an embarrassment to even be called a "base form".....
    PS: it's because his normal combat never gets better with him only getting new finishers, his attacks as a whole feeling kinda sluggish and not as smooth, and the added combos come as DLC a year later.

      He regressed from 2 to 3 unlike 1 to 2. His thrust went back to only being a thrust instead of having that extra swipe at the end.

      Every mainline kh game has always had their different unique feel for it and its obvious that kh3 wasnt supposed to be about base form but the customizations of your keyblades proven by the fact you can level them up so you can stick with the same one and its formchanges and the fact that you can have 3 at once on you at all times, it may have regressed but my opinion none of them are the same minus its the same overarching story so it's not a problem spot for me, for me its what square does wrong in each individual games that i have problems with
