    To my beautiful new PopSugar friends who have tried my PlyoJam workout, THANK YOU! So many have expressed how encouraging it is to see a fuller figured woman on their screens leading a workout! I want you to know that I am a size 14/16, I am 40 years old, and I also struggle with massive fibroids in my uterus. At the time of filming this video I had just been diagnosed with a fibroid the size of a large grapefruit in my uterus. What's the lesson here? WE CAN DO ANYTHING.       Thank you for sharing this fun routine with us. I actually came for the body diversity you are representing. I felt uncoordinated and almost gave up...I don’t do much dance workouts because of this but I overcame and I’m sweating!

      You did great & tfs your story because i was curious. People have made that point for years as far as having to watch all skinny fit people do these workouts but not showing a real person/sons who arent like that doing the routine and it makes a huge diff so good job on the workout. Best of blessings to you and great health. Staying fit and excercise is a key (of course diet, sleep and water are more keys) to good health. Your a sweetheart.

      Lmao XD Same. I did good for most of it but not all of it. I screwed up most of the time. 🤣 But I had fun too and I was sweating and feeling tired and a little sore around my bottom legs.
      I’m glad that I found this workout.
      I’m going to keep doing this every day for now on.

    I’m a curvaceous gal who works out every single day. I’ve lost 40 lbs doing videos with Anna and Deja and the other instructors, but this made me admire Pop Sugar Fitness even more. It’s a glorious thing to see a curvaceous woman unapologetically leading workouts and killing it! OMG, Stacey has the best dance moves!

    I recently had a breakup and hardly felt like getting up from my bed. I spent all my days crying or eating junk food.
    Yesterday, I decided to do something with myself. I loved dancing workouts and came across this video. Yesterday I couldn’t hang on for more than 5 minutes, today I completed the whole workout because I just kept listening to you.
    It was like throughout the workout you were speaking to me, encouraging me not to give up. I feel so good and inspired.
    My chest has been feeling so heavy since the breakup. Today, the weight lifted.

    I couldn't be more grateful for this workout!! Anytime I feel like I just can't workout that day or am feeling low on energy, I put this one on because it feels so much like I'm working out with my friends rather than simply following an instructor! The energy is so welcoming and the moves were a bit difficult at first, but I came back every day and getting the moves right was such a huge payoff! I love it!! Bring Stacey back again, I love her!!

    Doing this workout makes me so happy. I used to be so depressed and so insecure about my body but now i feel happy and proud! Im honestly now just watching my health rather than focusing on getting thinner. Im 17 and my weight has been getting much lower now.

    This workout is really good and easy to learn. I had low self-esteem in the past and wasn't into too much physical activity. At school I hated physical education so badly I walked laps; Now I know how important it is for my health and should have taken it seriously This workout makes me love exercising more than anything. now I love exercising badly Every morning I would play this video just to exercise and not miss a day to reach my goals however not only goals but to also make myself happy. i am inspired seeing the lady almost my size and seeing the girls enjoying themselves. Pop Sugar Fitness really helps plus it has no equipment.

    This was definitely catered to all levels of fitness but not all levels of co-ordination 😂😂🙈 I nearly fell over so many times getting my legs tangled up. Just as I’d figured out the moves it changed to another one! It was fun though and I definitely worked up a sweat, thanks guys

      This lol. I am uncoordinated. I unfortunately got so frustrated i stopped lol. Im not terribly out of shape or anything. I just have absolutely no cordination in any way shape or form

      If there's ever a time you mess up or can't figure out a move, just do your own dance thing. The main thing is you keep moving. Also repetition helps. The more you do this one workout, the more you will get the moves. Trust me. I don't always get all the moves right away. Heck, sometimes I still don't get all of them 20-30 times later, but I just do my own thing and have fun with it. : )

      FR THO! I'm like "okay, opposite hand with opposite foot" and then I use the same sided hand and foot and go the wrong way or just flop like a fish out of water 🤣 so glad no one saw me doing this

    this workout has actually saved me in quarantine. I was looking for something that I as a beginner could enjoy but also feel accomplished afterwards. This has done that for me and I'm so greatful. Will be doing this everyday because I love it so much.

    OMG this was so good. I have knee issues - I'm overweight - I have PCOS and I am just struggling. This was just amazing and the alternative ones with one side jacks and no jumping just made it so I could get through. Sweaty as heck but still rocking.

    My close friend who lives 80 miles away sent me this last week. We are both in our late 60s. It's our 'distanced' exercise class that we are both enjoying despite (in my case anyway) knowing that I won't master every move. It does as you say have a feel good factor to it. Thank you!

    Great video! Implementing dancing makes it more fun and motivates me more. I just started working out and trying to be healthier and more fit.     Did this workout last night. 10 minutes in I had to pause for water then start back up. Today I made it through the whole workout without pausing the video. I love when Stacey tells me "You dance with US!" and that I'm WORTHY of this workout. I am literally about to cry. I love you guys so much. Thank you for helping me on my health journey ❤

    Since being at home because of Covid-19 and not being able to go to the gym, I have tried many PopSugar videos. I loved this video. I am 74 and just don’t jump but this was so much fun and a very good workout. Getting a chance to do Hip Hop, boxing and Zumba Strong among a few. PopSugar has a great variety. Will continue to do this Plyojam class. I almost forgot to mention ❤️ Stacey.

    Thank you for this amazing workout! I just turned 60, but have been working out most of my life. Nothing crazy, but almost daily. This kicked my butt, but in a good way. I'll definitely be using this workout a lot!! You are all so inspiring❣❤

    GREAT WORKOUT! My favorite part in this video is when Stacey says "you can dance with us" - it doesn't matter how experienced or inexperienced you are, how in shape or out of shape you are, this workout is inclusive, upbeat, and fun! I love to do this workout after a "blah" day because it just boosts my spirits. Thanks Popsugar and Stacey!!

    Great job!!!! Plyojam is so amazing!!! I don’t like to work out. Stacey has been an inspiration to me. I go to every plyojam class she’s teaches. The music, the vibe, and the dances are amazing!!!! I burn a ton of calories and sweat my booty off.

    I love what Stacey said about finding a workout that brings you joy. Maybe the reason I haven't been so consistent is because I hadn't found one. Dancing workouts are definitely my new favourite thing

    I just finished doing this workout and I loved it. I am not in the right space to do it fully with all the jumping but I still feel like I worked hard. Can't wait to do it again.

    Not my favourite kind of workout because i just can't follow/get all the moves and so I don't get the best out of it. But I am loving the diversity at PopSugar lately - Can't wait for more!

      use the youtube settings to slow it down to .75 or even .5 the first time you try them, and it works out pretty good to learn!

      Just watch it a couple of times before you do the workout, and count the steps, it does help

      Honestly me too, but I think it’s because they’re never start a move with the music. they’re like starting them on best two instead of beat one. As a music teacher that made this DIFFICULT.

    Okay, who else hit the LIKE button as soon as they saw the thick instructor before even starting the workout?
    This popped up in my notifications and since I'd done pylojam before this was a cool workout since I haven't exercised in 9 days (crazy work schedule). Funny thing is that I burned a lot more calories then I expected. I like Stacey as an instructor!!!

    I’ve always heard that to truly stick to working out you have to find something you love to do. I love weight lifting but can’t get to the gym everyday and having been a dancer in the past flexibility is important to me. I’ve literally never done something more fun than this workout and it inspired me to find more Plyojam videos and definitely more from Stacey cause she’s so fun and motivating - it made me truly enjoy working out at home!!
