Maybe in the future you could make an isekai dnd style board game where the goal is to be the one to activate all the towers or the most towers :) Also super excited for when the second wave drops hopefully I'm fast enough to get one this time XD
This is a very helpful tutorial. I just got my card yesterday and today. I was actually playing by myself solitaire style testing it out. And it was pretty fun. I am even thinking of some alternative game modes. And this actually have some pretty good potential for online. All you would need is someone who has the cards I can show the game, and I messaging system to tell them what cards you have it what you want to play. Super fun and I can’t wait for more cards in the future !

as someone who's played card games like mtg etc for around 20 years both competitively i think this is amazing its simple bases but with great synergies can be engaging and fun. also Dan I'm believe wizards of the coasts was founded by exactly this same strategy and he was only one man, don't put yourself down I think you've done a great job

You should make it a videogame. Idk the cost or the time it would take but I think it would be a great idea to make it one since it's a simple and fun game for all ages
Develop an app. Free to play with ads, and eventually when you have more player characters or npcs in the rpg, you can add them as pay to gain or points to gain to grow the deck for paying players or to add as new releases to keep the app/game fresh, without having to reprint full versions of decks as you add 5 or so characters for release...think about it and see if it's feasible after you have the physical game in enough people's hands. Physical product sales can be tricky, but so can app dev and maintenance. But because you have a fixed number of cards with simple enough gameplay, I think you can do it with little maintenance for the game play itself and a bit of effort for global connect play.

Making a more unique playstyle? Also, would you be considering adding Isekai characters at a later point if it does well? Very curious and excited!
Question! What happens whit long John magnum if he is replaced with a card that has a flip effect (like the boar) does that flip effect take place @Rustage2
Also does reveal from the top of the deck count as a flip (like with Jasper) an example would be does Louis effect happen if he’s put on the board via Jaspers effect

Love the tutorial as a local card game fanatic and self proclaimed pro player y didn’t you copy the boar with jester and pop v or does not copy the effects just the current stats
because the boar reads "when this card is flipped" when jester is flipped he transforms, but by that point he's already been flipped so the boar's effect does not work :)!
Weird thing but I saw that jester had the amazing opportunity to copy boar so if that play had occurred you would be guaranteed a victory due to the previous points!
