    Never really got into yoga/meditatiom, but been practicing it off and on. This session was the first time I had a sense I could see things differently for a brief moment. And I just smiled and watched my cat walking around. Will come back for more. Feels like I'm exploring or something.

    A beautiful yoga session! I couldn't wait for this session, You did my favorite practice when I first started your Yogalap sessions, There is a huge difference when I first started, I'm not finished with the sessions, but those practices are my favorite, even when I'm not in here, I get up early in the am practice, this is without the video. It is amazing how you can catch on, and you always go back to study and do the sessions. I had a great time, thank you again, Michael, you are a beautiful person, much peace, love, and happiness.

    I really enjoyed practicing with you. :) I like the loosening part at the beginning, your little smiele reminder through out and the music was also very calming. Also, even ich i can understand why, normally i dont like if people asked to like or share the video or channel. But with your text at the beginning and everything, it is such a nice way to do it and also create the awareness for the support everyone need.       Dear Archibald, Thank you for your kind message. I have a video explaining about strong breathing and gentle breathing techniques. Strong breathing techniques like WHM (Strong Yogic Breathing) are very powerful and beneficial, however, if it is the only thing one will do and not combine it with very slow and gentle breathing techniques as well it will just activate and unleash energy and not balance and harmonize.       The only thing I would find that may be improved is a little bit more detailed explanation of how to develop a self-practice!

      Yes, It is in the video description: Do the breathing techniques on an empty stomach, don't do it/ or only very gently, when you suffer from HBP. Not for those with serious heart problems. When you are not sure, just do it calm and gentle.

      Pranayama helps bring vitality and strength into the body and can greatly help in the healing process of many types of mental and physical ailments. Wether one can heal from a disease depends on so many factors like:
      The severity of the disease, one's diet, one's willingness to make drastic changes in lifestyle, one's mental strength, but also things like ability to clean the mind and heart from old emotions that can keep mind and body in a constant state of stress.
      Etc, etc.
      The right type of Pranayama and meditation will always be beneficial. Even if it will not cure the physical disease, you will cure your heart and soul and can accept that life in this body is not eternal.
