Find and remember different nature resources for what it is. Try to make weapon by altering the branch with bare hands then smash it with rock until it sharp...it can be use to protect again predator. Try to alter anything with your hand first then stone. Oh yeah use a stick to dip a honey, beehive is in up of your settlement. Climb it and use stick. Use stone to alter khat, you can make herbal powder, kinda. The games basically runs for thousand years...there is many evolution species for you to unlock (i dont want to spoil, but yeah the last evolution is little bit like human). Explore all in the first location before you going venture or next generation. There will be many location, you will go to savannah later and less tree but many predator in there (so why we human have long feet, right). And later you can make your clan follow you with also use a sharp branch, do the teamwork scream to scare predators. There is no fire in the game, dont expect fire. This game is the first series of the trilogy, we played just until this ape stand like us, developer said. This game is not for everyone, just like Death Stranding. Should be interesting to see how this game plays out. I have always been fascinated with how much some primates share with us humans in the most basic forms of intelligence. Of course in very high level intelligence, humans cannot be rivalled here on earth. But I believe however in the most fundamental of things, closely related primates could probably teach us a thing or two 😀 I will be watching this video series closely 👍

I am new try playing man-eater. I'm not sure if you play that and just knew this is my first video watching a video I beat a man-eater. And my opinion, it was a very good game. I just don't like it tortoises it and because you can't be higher than everybody else. You can't be as high as everybody else

Hi just wondering if you can help. It's my first time playing this game and I am finding it hard to find other apes. I have found two apes at the stat of the game at Hidden waterfall oasis I have a medium clan size with 6 elders and 5 adults 6 babie, I have done two generations and now lost two apes so iam now at 3 adult and cant find any more apes if I do a generation or a evolution the 2 that did die get replaced so am back to a full clan. So can't do the feat generous leader where you have to find 5 clean members . Hope you can help me out am enjoying play the game and watching your videos which have help me alot.

Any ideas why when I try to mate with to couple with the opposite sex, there's no "noise" when grooming to increase bonding? They're single and everything, but I literally cannot groom them, they just shrug me off lmao. Any ideas anyone?
@joshyboy333 don't know if you have figured this out but you need to be male/female and female has to be single and fertile, if you try to groom others that are coupled it won't work, i female can have only 2 kids.
@@mrsspiritwolf I was trying to mate with single females as a male and had no joy, I then tried switching to a female and mating with single males and I again had no joy. I can't work out what I'm doing wrong, it's as if my game is just broken. I literally can't play the game anymore because of it.
@@joshyboy333 the female must say fertile, you must analyse them and you should have 1 female that is fertile all the others are coupled and you cannot mate with them. oh and the male must be single as well.
I'm extremely late but if you haven't finished the game there is a flashing box and timing sound that you have to match it up with. Release when you see/hear the box.
I love the idea of this game, but it's hard as balls. I've even tried playing with cheats, but still can't seem to keep everyone alive. It's just devastating when you lose half your people trying to reach the meteor with all the normal babies. I turn off the game for days after a massive loss.
