- In some builds with some ducts, the frame could benefit from some added stiffness.
One way I've found to do that in a lightweight and durable way is by tying a thin nylon fishing line around the side ducts.
This tutorial video shows you how to.
Apologizes for the vertical format; I had planned to make it a short, but found out editing it down to 1min would have compromised the explaination
If you're having tune issues please try it out and report back!

Great vid Yves! 👍 I need to get some fishing line.
heck yea cool idea man, i could probably use dental floss in place of fishing line?
I guess you could try! Don't see much reasons why it would't work
what do you think about using a solder iron and melting them together - similar to what we do with the printed carbon fiber ducts to connect the struts and ducts?
Do you find that you break ducts or bend props less with this knot?
I am yet to break a single duct, motor or even prop with that build, with or without the knot 😅
Hard to tell in the video but are u basically making a knot on each side of the duct strut ?
no; one knot on top after the first loops, then double knot after the tensioning loop, again on top
02:06 So, it’s the F75 Pro Max Bangka? 😀
