完全同意。小時候媽媽弄5花肉,連木瓜也不加,煮肉時加鹽,切片點醬油,就是爸爸的美味下酒菜。加上木瓜放湯,是樓主的精彩升級主意,很好。餘下的爆炒,廣東農村沒這種重口味呢。😊
