What steps should you take after receiving a denial of an immigration benefit like a Green Card, naturalization/citizenship or a visa? For some people, they may simply re-file a petition or application. Others may have an option to file a Motion to Reconsider or Reopen the case. I got my denial four weeks ago, which for me and my wife was horrific and added to the stress that was not needed especially for my wife as she herself is under enough stress of personal nature. We wade it about doing the I-290B but getting the money together and getting advise on filing a motion to reopen just to have the answer come back. We looked at the I-601A which we seriously considered but the $930.00 didn't have it immediately and we hadn't had an answer on the I-130 but is still pending. Had to weigh up the consequences either leave on my own accord or risk being possibly deported. My wife, Lori is in the process of having major surgery, but prior to this has to lose the weight. I'm her main care and support both emotional and mentality getting her through her tough depressive moments. She has already been denied a quality of life because of medical mishap and now again being denied to having a life with her husband, me. She the love of my life, she brought me back to life and I have done the same to her. I returned to New Zealand as of yesterday, the both of us feel numb and extremely heart broken. Our fight to get me home to my wife in Ohio will continue so we can have a life that any married couple deserves.

Kindly make a video on unappealable denials. What reason/s are responsible for such and does that mean the immigrant will definitely be deported regardless if they have lived unlawfully for a 10yr period (also kindly make a video on the new 10yr no deportability law) and if they have immediate relative/s like u.s citizen child/ren?

Hello Ms. Pompey. I watch your TH-cam channel and it has helped me out greatly.
I have a quick question to ask, maybe an answer will help not only me but others too.
This may not be the best place to post this question but I feel this is the closest to my situation.
I was denied entry, and subsequently a tourist visa this year, to visit and marry my fiance. I have just been approved for a K-1 visa and I'm excited to get back to my partner. However, because of my non-immigrant denial, I'm wondering how it will impact my green card application and whether filing a waiver would be necessary.
I'm trying to plan ahead and so I know where I stand.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Your channel is great and I am really appreciative of the information you provide
    Matilda, From London, UK

If a person was denied at their appointment in their home country and was told to redo the 601 wavier (even tho they had already had the 601a approved) is there any way around that? Such as the officer that day says he needs more evidence and marked the 601 on the blue paper can we not just submit the evidence he asked for? Having to do the 601 again makes the process so long and it is absolutely true a lot of people are being denied now thank you for your videos we are devastated that our family has to be separated for no good reason besides a denial 😪

Thanks you for your informative TH-cam channel. I am thinking about wedding in Barbados this year. My fiancé is from Nigeria and I’m a US born citizen. We are planning a vacation and would like to do our wedding there
.1.How will this look to the embassy in Nigeria
    2. Will a court wedding be legal and binding everywhere
    3. Will the lack of family in our photos that is presented to the embassy hurt our case

Dear McBean Immigration, we got a denial on our I-129F petition, and then we were sent a letter explaining the reason for the refusal of the petition, and it says that the case is considered abandoned, because my fiancé did not appear at the fingerprints. But he did not receive this invitation either by letter or by email .... How now to be. If we fill out the I-290B form and explain in it that we did not receive an invitation for prints, what are our chances that our case will be reopened in the near future and we can continue the process?
    Thank you in advance.

Hello McBean, I love watching your video but I have a question. I'm here in the US with my 5year old daughter, seeking asylum since 2016. I have been to immigration court in 2018, but the judge denied my asylum and ask me to appeal it, which I did. I haven't heard anything from the immigration which I believe is pending. I am in this beautiful relationship for 7months now which we are planning getting married. My question is, will my marriage to this US citizen be denied or approved?. Or should I hold on with my asylum case. We are living and doing everything together.
Please friends no causing. Just encouragement.

Immigration denial but no notice sent. Unable to obtain information over the phone about reason for the denial and local field office won't take appointments. I have put in two service requests thus far for information and have not received anything. Yet I cannot proceed in any direction without that letter in my hands.
It's funny how you mention deadlines, yet when it's them who messes things up, loses stuff in the mail and refuse to stick to their own policies and procedures that doesn't matter. The immigration system in this country is seriously broken - that's fact.
And please stop using Trump as a scapegoat - these problems have been ballooning for decades because NOBODY in DC wants to fix it. Foreign people in this country simply don't matter, not even the highly skilled/educated or those who come from English speaking countries.

you file for Widower petition I-136 and you dont need to show anything because this country and its immigration system is so fucked up they wont accept your application when your husband/ wife is alive but they will accept when they are DEAD.. meaning a DEAD HUSBAND OR WIFE is better than ALIVE ONE
so if your husband/wife passed away you dont need anything because your I-130 will automatically will convert to I-136 application and fee I think is $435
      rules are
:1- you must be married for 2 years
      and
2-you must apply within 2 years of the husband or wife s death ..
So they dont ask you anything to prove but A PROOF OF DEAD HUSBAND /WIFE
what a country.. ONLY IN AMERICA
      lmfao
