Thank you so much for this information. I wish my family knew that at the beginning of 2021. How long after the denial that file could be requested? Is there any time frame, or it could be requested even two years later?

FOIA is no longer free, it costs $25 a few weeks back when I did it. 😕

Married to my wife a USC, filed in April 2022. Received receipt notice and biometrics waived but nothing received or changed about my case since then. I am getting depressed.
Was your case a i751? Which office is processing?. For instance my wife is WAC. California. Our was recieved February 16 2022. Supposedly the California center takes 14mo. Bio was waived in July still waiting same as you. I heard I 751 are not priority so they send a extension letter. I'll update you when ours change

Hi Jim, I was denied citizenship after passing my interview because my spouse had only been citizen for 2years 11 months and 24 days. Should I reapply or appeal?
If a K1 visa, does the sponsor file for FOIA prior to the beneficiary’s interview or does the beneficiary? If sponsor, does a US citizen have an “A” number? I’m confused. 😅

The A- file does not show why you were denied.. come on ….but file with the Boar of immigration
Why my I-131 case is closed in 2023 then in 2024 USCIS said they sent out a Mail saying my I-131 is terminated

I am currently a UK nanny with over 5 years of professional experience. I also hold a degree in childcare. I have been working as a nanny in the UK since the start of my career as I am a UK citizen, however, I would like to move to America and become a nanny in the States. I am unsure of how I would go about doing this. Do you have any advice on how to make this possible? It is my aspiration to become a full time nanny in the states.
Any help or advice you could give me would be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

My wife's Green Card was, finally, after nearly 3 years, approved, BUT: she's still NOT with me! More paperwork nonsense needed to be submitted to NVC, and then now we're hoping for Interview at Embassy in Bangkok......great!!! All this BS whilst living in a nation established OF, FOR and BY immigrants!!

I missed my interview failure to appeared for my interview and I found out USCIS sent to wrong address spoke to USCIS representative on phone!!!!!! Now, representative wanted me to file N400!!!!!!! Ridiculous

If the I-130 denied, can the person apply for a tourist visa? Does denial to I130 petition also impact getting a tourist visa?
I-485 Citizen spouse, is medical RFE from lees summit different than RFE from local field office ? Which is better for us ?
USCIS I-130 account is showing processing time of 6 months. Does that mean we ll get decision within 6 months ?

Hello Atty.Jim!what about my case ...I applied citizenship last 2022 of July and denied...(that was one yr.after i got my ROC) with no history of travel abroad.They issued me ROc instead of greencard maybe because of my 3-5 yr rule,at that time Im 5yrs.in the US married to a US citizen with our 4yrs old son....Now,I'd like to reapply for naturilazation, do I need to reapply or just used the previous application(denied)?

I checked online that my case was denial after RFE on 18 April 2024. I submitted the case through my consultant back on 8 November 2022. Now I did not receive denial notice. How can I get denial notice my ownself to know the reasons? He put the mailing address and email of his company.
