1st time viewer here. For the amount of information you offer in these comparisons, you really should have WAY more subscribers. Subbed! If you have a thick foot, would you go true to size on the B/W retro 85 or go half size down? I've heard they run a lil bigger than the standard Jordan 1.

just got them yesterday but the toe box leather creases is hurting my big toe very bad, wondering if the leather is too stiff or my feet is not for the shoe.
I pulled the trigger and paid resale. But you didn’t totally deny the claim that the leather is the same quality as the af1. I just hope they don’t crease and scuff like af1s :(
@@ogorbust1697 worn them all week. The stiff leather isn’t comfortable but the big plus is that they don’t crease that much and the shoe will hold on to it’s shape better than most j1s
Seems like a lot of biasness plays a factor when these comparisons are made. Seems like if the newer retro does comes out, the smallest thing gets nit picked just to make the OG pair overall better. Even with the OG Jordan 3s from 1988. Most of them are constructed horribly compared to how cleaned up todays retro models are. But most of you OG heads find a small tiny flaw and make it seem the OGs are better. I’m sure representatives from the Brand would say that sneakers back then were put together horribly compared to how things are now. (Not saying you personally) but is it a bad thing if a retro is actually cleaned up a lot nicer than the OG pair 🤔🤔🤔
I agree... I actually like the new OG color 3's compared to the 88... not a fan of the OG low cement print and the narrow shape of the shoe all together looks weird AF... and the thin ankle area is inferior compared to the recent retros

after one wear of my gorgetowns the nike air on the insole completely wore away and my og 85s still have the nike air

What is the difference between retro OG and retro OG 85? On StockX for instance
This is the retro 85, 85 specs.. retro og check but probably the 2014ish release I'm guessing

It is, as I've grown to learn without owning af1s lol.. the black panels are better quality imo I think I mention in the video

The only customs I've seen in hand are viberemakelab VS the retro 85 by jordan brand
They are ree retroing them in 2024 the black and white 85$
