@@ogorbust1697 happy I found your channel. The “shoe game” is so saturated and everyone posting their early reviews ruins it for everyone. Take the surprise out of getting your new shoes. Do my best to ignore but it’s hard! I did pick up a pair of the Jordan 6 Aqua from ‘23. I really like them wear them all the time. Brings me back!

@JayLayne thats it.. I returned the retro, many people were asking for this comparison. I knew they weren't for me. It's beyond small details that separates these two though. JB missed on many obvious large and small details across the board, yet retroed this how many times?

@brandonhuffman213 i had no intentions of keeping this shoe. I had many requests of people wanting to see them next to the OG. They DONT resemble the og after how many retros and years? It's quite comical

@AiRbRiANxx3 I've seen worse but there is plenty of room for improvement. Jordan Brand has remade the sneakers so many times and incorrectly to the og, it's kinda mind boggling in 2024

@@jayg5650 you hear a lot of people saying the retros are more lifestyle at this point. Designed for performance back in the 80s and 90s. Sneakers were more narrow overall, wider cut these days. I wear many ogs these days, fit like a glove

@efernandez2 thanks bud, I am with you as my least favorite colorway of the OGs. Typically things oxidize and dull over time, rather than getting shiny. That's just my 2 cents

@@ogorbust1697 Nike did revive the Mac Attack with the premium version added and it's still on retail in the Philippines. Aside from Air Force 1 and Air Jordan 1, there are fewer higher tops out there like Avia 830, Diadora Mi Basket (Paying 80 EUR on a 200 EUR shoe from where I live is absurd but at least you'll get better leather quality so I'd suggest reviewing that along with Nike By You version of AF1 High), Reebok Pump TZ and Converse Weapon. I'm digging on color blocking from basketball shoes back in mid to late 80s though!

Yeah, i thought the color way going to be off more, just much lighter on the retro. My issue is definitely more with toe box, mud guard cut, upper etc lol
