Hi Pusharad! Total common area that includes staircases and lifts will be equally divided into no. of flats. For eg. if the total common area is 600 sqft. and there area 12 flats in the building, then 50 sqft. will be added in each flat. Hope it clarifies.

The transaction between buyer and seller can happen either by signing a conveyance deed or by sale deed. So if you as C signed a Sale Deed with B, that is enough to prove your ownership as Sale Deed is also a form of Conveyance Deed. Hope I made it clear!
