    Can you please try to explain what possible changes we should ask builders to do in a flat ? Like typically we dont get store rooms in flats, thus if builder can make washroom to be of height 7 foot and give us a loft of 3 foot, likewise if you can give us some more ideas

    Builder has mentioned maintenance calculations based on Carpet area in agreement/cost sheet. Demanding maintenance on total area including terrace , parking and enclosed balcony. As per rera also carpet definition is what you explained in video. so can you suggest we can contest on this point with builder?

    Hi sir,
    Khataki or offset will come in carpet area .Its usable area unless it is compartment below window sill. If it is full height and for Wardrobe then it shall come under Rera carpet area.

      Vaibhav ji, unfortunately, as per the rules, that space will still be considered as part of the carpet area. We understand that this may seem unfair, but it is how things are currently structured.

    Carpet area=built-up area-thicknes of wall....Lekin sir kya builder Ko Jo carpet area nikl ke aa rha hai sq/ft uske acording rate Dena hoga?? ya outer wall ke area ke according rate Dena hoga???? Rera 2016 aane ke Baad????

    Sir Papa ne 2010 me ek dukan li thi jo 500sqft me bani hai jiska 3 carpet area 388Sqft or staircase area 56Sqft tha yani Supper Built up Area ke paise liye the par aab or registry ke liye kahe rahe hai ki Carpet area par yani 388" ki hi karenge.
    Pehali chig hamne payment ki thi staircase area ki or usko Registry me kaise dikhaye ki hamne ye liya hai ?

    Sir I know that buildup area=carpet area +thickness of wall but.
    In build up area do we also consider
    1. thickness of wall +height of wall
    2.do we consider area of wall(lxbxh).
    3.boundary wall that that covers house

    It's written in the agreement that 7% variation is acceptable. If you are buying in under construction project it's highly likely you get 20 to 30 sq ft less

    Sir, maine HDFC ergo ka home loan protection plan liya hai jiska 5 yrs ke liye 160000 one time premium hai jis mai 1st diagnosis of 9 critical illness hai, loss of job hai, accident disability hai , burglary, earthquake waigaira involved hai .. but iska cover 5 yrs hi hai ..maine ye continue krna chahiy? Maine loan 54 lacks liya hai aur iss policy ka max return hai 27-27 lacks because loan maine aur maine wife ne liya hai... please suggest

    I am afzal from patna..
    suppose there is a land agreement between land owner and builder..owner saying to builder this is my land ,you construct building here ..as per goverment permission G+4(3bhk total one flat on each floor)..and after construction,2 flat for me and 2 flat for you...builder happiely accept the proposal.construction starts and finish...latar one builder saled 2 flat and move for next project with other person...now owner have 2 balance two flat.owner staying there...after some if he wants to sale both flat.and move to other city or country....now my question ares..
    1.owner have still any right on property????
    2.the balance 2 flat owner have power to sale on which area either super builtup area or builtup area or carpet area.???
    3.who will do the maintenance work...(land owner or builder or those who staying in building ,i mean 4 flat new owner).????
    4.In future if building have to demolish and newly construction done ...how the flat devided in 4 new owner.????
    5.land owner and old builder have any claim on newly constructed building...????
