    It is interesting that buyer is taking possession without CC/OC but with water and electric connection in place.. Moreover, Govt is also earning revenue (stamp duty) by doing registration of such properties!!!

    In one part you mentioned that the builder gets OC after providing basic amenities like power, gas, water. And in the next slide you said that the builder needs OC to get the water and power connections. So when exactly we get the water and power connections? After OC or before??

    Sir aapka vidio bahut aacha hai.... हमारे यहा पे बिल्डर ने सब फ्लॅट बेचे हैं... लेकीन बाद में उनोने fsl से दो फ्लोर aur badaya हैं aur beaulding का काम पुरा नही कर रहा हैं.. काम के बारे मे पुच्छ ने से maintance मांग रहा.. अभी beaulding का बहुत काम बचा हैं... हम क्या करे...

    I have purchased a row villa within a gated community. The villa is under construction. I wanted to know whether an Occupancy Certificate is required for each Row Villa within a gated community? or whether the OC is issued for the entire community (and not for each row villa)?     a home is a basic need that has been made into a luxury purchase due to government levies . the main reason oc is not recieved for most building in mumbai is coz of the BMC .. under the table paise bahut lete hai .. builders ki lagi padi hai already and ye log aur laga rahe hai .. and iss beech consumers like us suffer.

    1)I have purchased a flat in Gurgaon. Paid all the amount ,registration and possession done. Builder is not giving important documents like Approved Layout plan(Map),Occupation certificate,completion certificate etc and saying we don't give to anyone.Pl. suggest
    2)Is it necessary to to get Jamabani nakal of a flat so as to update ownership into government records.If yes how we can do this?

    Mere apartment main 2 block hain but abhi srif 1 block complete hua hai aur mere flat block 1 main hai. Toh kya main possession le sakta hun kyun ki block 2 ko banne main aur 1 saal lagega

    Sirji agar building 30 32 years purana hai... Mumbai ki baat kar raha hu...usme tab panchayat CC hi mila karta thaa... After 2006 or 2007 shayad OC mandatory kar diya gaya ....now if I'm willing to purchase any flat jo building 30 years purani ho toh waha OC to hai hi nahi sirf CC , 7/12 and blueprint.... yehi hai ....toh kya ye flat illegal hai ???... agar nahi toh iska suitable solution kya hai... ??

    Sir mera building ka promoter bhag gaya, yaha total 10 flats h, building 2nd floor ka plan tha but owner ne 3rd floor ka plan draw kara ke 3rd floor mujhe sale kar diya, mera gov. Bank se loan hua aur abhi last 1 years se hum yaha raha rahe h, but mutation ke liye cc chahea, uske liye kya idea h apka plz suggest me, thankyou

    I have booked a property with Amrapali leisure valley Pvt Ltd in Noida. Project scrapped. No refunds Received. Agent and promotor not responding. Online complaint not registered due to website not working properly. Registered letter forwarded to the RERA authority in Lucknow have not answered back. What to do in this case.

      Agar CC hai to aap purchase kar sakte hain. Just make sure that properties are getting registered. OC RWA apply kar sakti hai.
