Mera question hai , kya builder back date me i.e. 20.03.19, 18% GST INV. raised kar sakte hai, jo ki demand Apr. 19 me de raha hai, completion certificate bhi nehi mila. 2). Is situation par mai kya current date ka invoice demand kar sakta hu with 5% GST.? 3). Abhi kya possession lena chahiye is situation me?

Whether you purchase a plot or a complete house, you have to get the Sale Deed registered. If you have purchased plot from the seller, then plot registration is enough.
