a home is a basic need that has been made into a luxury purchase due to government levies . the main reason oc is not recieved for most building in mumbai is coz of the BMC .. under the table paise bahut lete hai .. builders ki lagi padi hai already and ye log aur laga rahe hai .. and iss beech consumers like us suffer.

I am staying in Banaglore.. 80% of builders are not giving oc certificate. At present Sites are in A khatha number but flats which are constructed and ready to move are in B khata because building does not have OC Certificate. Mera question hai , kya builder back date me i.e. 20.03.19, 18% GST INV. raised kar sakte hai, jo ki demand Apr. 19 me de raha hai, completion certificate bhi nehi mila. 2). Is situation par mai kya current date ka invoice demand kar sakta hu with 5% GST.? 3). Abhi kya possession lena chahiye is situation me?

Project completion date in rera is march 19 but still possesion not given in this situation what to do??
