Sir, Occupancy certificate and completion certificate kewal approved zameen(plot) .ke liye hi lena padta hai ya non approved zameen ke liye bhi lena zaroori hota hai.kabhi kabhi koi builder ya developer village area ki zameen par project launch kar dete hai.village area ke project ke liye bhi occupancy and completion certificate len zaroori hai kya.
Whether you purchase a plot or a complete house, you have to get the Sale Deed registered. If you have purchased plot from the seller, then plot registration is enough.

Ab regulations mein hum 10 lakh tak Laga chukey par kuch na hua due to early transfer of JEs, AEs. Kafi loss hogya hai. Ab builder keh Raha mein completion certificate issue karwaunga..... Query : kya building regularise ki value hai ya completion certificate ki....plz bataein coz he is asking again share of money.
