Hello fareeha, to my knowledge, neither the FPA nor the GMC has given any clarification on this. Their main focus is regulation and the necessary amendment to the human medicines act. Hello Nephetalie, there was no legislation in the update to suggest that at present, however, there is a provision to allow PAs (certain) qualified overseas to practice in the UK after regulation.
