Was just at Schipol last week! Nice airport & KLM was awesome. I had a tight connection time and after literally sprinting to my next flight I got to the gate and they had JUST closed the doors. The staff were nice and told me how I could get on the next flight but then the phone rang at the desk and the KLM staff lady answered. Next thing she is telling me “the captain saw you running so he is letting you on the plane!” Good times! 🇳🇱
