Please consider making one of these diamond tipped nozzles with CHT. Some stickier filaments prints so much better with diamond and the cht does wonders for flow

CHT with polycrystalline tip, could you make it?

Did you ever try it out? Apparently they now have a cht version with a diamond tip

    Amazing!
These two Diamond Nozzles have the same nickel plating treatment, but their heat resistance temperatures are 300°C and 500°C, respectively. Are these treated with different nickel plating processes?

They are only different in the surface coating process, and there is no difference in other aspects. The darker color is NON-STICK COMPOSITE ELECTROLESS NICKEL COATING, so the maximum use temperature is 300 degrees Celsius. The bright white color is ELECTROLESS NICKEL COATING, which can be used at a maximum temperature of 500 degrees Celsius.

I don't doubt it's strong but does it actually print better?

The print quality of this nozzle should be similar to that of high-quality copper alloy nozzles, and there will be no significant improvement. Its main property is abrasion resistance against carbon fiber or glass fiber filled filaments
