    Instructions
    1. Prepare Buttermilk:
    Combine warm milk and vinegar in a bowl. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes until it curdles and forms buttermilk.
    2. Make the Batter:
    In a mixing bowl, add refined flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Stir the dry ingredients well.
    Add the prepared buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla essence to the dry mixture. Use a whisk to mix everything until well combined. The batter should have a light, fluffy texture-do not overmix. Once ready, transfer the batter to a piping bag for ease of use.
    3. Cook the Pancakes:
    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cut the piping bag to create a 2 cm opening and pipe the batter onto the heated pan, adjusting the size of the pancakes to your preference. Cook each pancake for about 1 minute on one side, then flip and cook the other side for the same amount of time, until both sides turn golden brown.
    4. Serve:
