I too have a tubby tummy situation,had to use blocks,nowhere near achieving the actual pose,but today,thanks to the AWESOME instruction I saw a glimmer of what may come. Happy happy happy
could get my feet off the ground, but that’s okay. I’ve actually been able to get my feet off the ground for regular crow, but it has taken time...Feels so good to be kind to myself and accept where I am right now. Thank you for encouraging us!
Fabulous instructor ...... I've tried other videos and haven't got the hang of it, but this is brilliant. I've done the the 10 Day Challenges and now I'm trying the 7 Day- I actually want to get up at 06:00 or early on a weekend to do this! Thank you! x
Wow! That's hard. I haven't made it to a regular crow yet, so I almost skipped this thinking I'll never do this. I liked this though with the twists and your chest guide. I actually almost got it on the right side! I will keep trying this until I get it. It seemed easier then regular crow. I thought it would be harder. Thanks!
This is a great video, I've been too scared to try side crow before and wasn't sure how to tackle it, you explain it so simply and make it feel so attainable. Maybe do a couple of wrist warm ups as well, my wrists were feeling a little sore at the end of this video, but still great! :)

I couldn't do the side crow move, but the instruction was really clear and precise.

Great instruction! Never attempted this pose before. Do people usually encounter problems with tightness in the hips? I'm excited to try it again!

My focus needs more focus.
I think I could do this if my tubby stomach didn't get in the way! I can't squeeze my knees in that tight.
I feel like ill never be able to do this. FAIL
