Since September I was finding excuses, telling myself I don't have enough space etc. But here I am, carried a big-ass armchair on my own to another room at 4 fricking AM just so I could make space to do yoga again. I feel like this is a breaking point in my life and it feels amazing to accomplish something after such a long time of nothingness. I think this was what I needed. Thank you Erin!

I have scoliosis, and I'm a preschool teacher who has to sit on the floor all day working with students. I got a special orthapedic cushion for this school year, and I've been wanting to do yoga to help. I just found your videos. I really like this one, and immediately felt relief in my lower back! so, still super skeptical on the whole yoga thing, but I have had a couple people say it may help with the issues I incurred from my prior employment. I hate to ask and request, but are there any other stretches that may help with lower disc degeneration? a bit different than the usual, but I would greatly appreciate the advice and assistance. thank you very much if you happen to get around to it!
Granted, I'm sure that's what this 7 day thing is about, but I'm not sure if degeneration is a whole lot different or has different restrictions than the usual might have. :P

How do I be consistent with my yoga home practice? (I have stopped going for yoga classes at a studio because I can’t afford to) So I decided I wanted to take up your 30 day challenge on DOYOUYOGA but I can’t seem to wake up every morning at 6am and do it everyday so then I just give up. I have tried countless of times.. I restarted it cause I wasn't doing it consistently... bla bla. I know consistency is the key and I know that as I continue to practice I will see so many benefits however I still find that I am unable to be consistent. I think one of the reasons is because I do alone in my room everyday so I kind of feel very alone in my practice I am a people person, social support is very important to me. I've tried to get my friends to do it with me but they are either unmotivated themselves or simply not interested in yoga. I also don't know if an online community would also do the trick yknw what I mean? It is nice to have simple physical support.
Help. I am feeling like a failure.
