    best yogi ever... just as much a mental class as it is physical. I think you have a great gift for teaching and gab and all backed up with extensive knowledge.

    I am barefoot most of the time in the summer. On grass, dirt, stones, sand. But in the winter it's not so easy. I tried shoes that are very flexible in every direction and i saw i huge change on my left foot, which couldn't spread its toes at all. No my toes spread widely in less than a few months! I support barefoot and flexible shoes. Great class Erin 👍❤️!

    Really 👍🏽 great work for the feet 🦶🏼 ima massage therapist and I do kneel down, toes bent a lot (with shoes on and sometimes barefoot) so that part wasn’t so bad but the calve stretch was a doozy!! Thank you 🙏

    I used to be fine with this video! After two babies close together my feet really feel it even though I spend most of my day bare foot!! 😖😂

    I am barefoot at home during summer and I wear barefoot feel/minimalist shoes all year long (xero hiking boots, furoshiki, sandals le minimaliste ). Kneeling on my toes feels uncomfortable but I support it and it can be quite relaxing sometimes.
