    Hi Nicole! I did this workout as part of the April Week 4 pilates schedule. I am following you and doing the weekly routines everyday, and your workouts helped me a lot to recover after an ankle injury and to improve the relationship with my body. Now I cannot imagine my morning routine without your pilates and yoga classes! Thank you for being consistent and sharing your beautiful energy and vibes! :) And ps.: I would really-really love more new videos with the mini ball! It adds such a big difference and nice challenge to these sessions.

    When the scissor switches feel like a break, you know it's a tough one. 😂 this was probably the most challenging one for me - who knew that a little ball could have such an impact - , but I feel amazing and elegant afterwards! I could fold further forwards than ever before in the middle split at the end. Those workouts are exceptionally good, they really raise the bar(re) to a whole new level on TH-cam.

    For those of you who don't have a mini ball, I did this without the ball and it was super effective anyway! It was Hard and the landscape is beautiful! haha

    Didnt feel like working out today because I felt bored of the same things. Saw this video and it sparked my interest because it is something new and different and creative. It worked me out and made me sweat so hard, I even said a few curse words because it burned so much. Thank you Nicole for making working out fun and challenging!     We are so lucky to have you❤️ This workout was pretty challenging, not going to sugarcoat it, but so much fun! So many new and as you said funky moves, which were so great. I don't know how I got through the last cardio burst, even adding the extra challenge a few times.. when you released us into the last child's pose, I thought my heart was going to jump out of my cheast😅.     I ignored this class 3 times because I didn't have that ball. But I decided to finish week plan at last and bought a ball. No regrets, I have to say it is one of the most amazing classes! From now mini ball workouts will be my favorite ones!

    Enjoy every pilates you do and being so calm all the way through it. Like your clear instructions it does help and soft music. The part with the side abs I couldn’t do, that was a big challenge 😊, thank you, i do a different pilates every day and enjoy it all the time.

    This was such a great class! I’m a bodybuilder but since I’m taking a rest week I’m keeping myself active and I opted for this class to move and work on my stability! I love using the mini ball because it allows me to strengthen my weak ankle. I felt so feminine and connected to my breath during the workout. Please keep up with this great content 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

    I couldn't do the side ball crunch, would have loved to see another alternative in a video above this move for people who aren't quite at that level of strength 😊

      Should be easier if you do that exercise without a ball. Could be easier with a different ball ( slightly smaller or fill with less air) as well. I got two and one is too big making this a lot harder.

    Super challenging! I got through using different sized balls and a folded mat for more elevation when the ball is under the rib cage. The the ball under the arch of the foot is an amazing knee work out but tough so be sensible! Bookmarked.

    By far my favorite workout I have done on your channel! The resistance from the ball makes a big difference for me. I am tall and slender so it is tough to get a good workout without resistance, body weight unfortunately doesn't usually cut it. Hope you make more videos like this!

    What a great workout! Graceous movements that really makes us aware of every single muscle of our legs and abs. My legs were shaky 😂. This is so much better and effective than the workours I used to do at the gym.

    I almost gave up in the first 10 minutes but I told myself if I could go through the rough week I had I could definitely do this too.     been working out (more consistently!) with your videos for a couple of months now and decided to challenge myself with this one today - and oh boy it was hard haha! I did have to modify some of the exercises and didn’t manage all the reps for some, but I can’t wait to be able to in the future when I’m stronger! All I can say is I cannot wait to go for a shower now haha.

    I turned 14 years old a few weeks ago and did this workout on my birthday since it’s one of my favorites! Also Nicole your energy is like a beautiful big light and you’re so pretty!
    Edit: this is literally one of my favorite workouts, I recommend it for literally anybody who wants to build strength. I recommend when doing the plank walk outs in the cardio burst add in a push up 😉, it really makes the mountain climbers a heart burn and gives your arms a good workout. ❤
