Went with MaxSound Plus. Im honestly amazed at the sound quality with the price point. Its a hidden gem for sure and Im glad I was patient with my purchase. Thank you for such a fantastic review.
Did I get it right? stormbox is louder when xbass off?
Does the new Maxsound Plus have auto shut off after around 15 mins like the older version Maxboom "X" had, good sound but no good with any Alexa echo or similar as if no sound going through for about 15 mins the speaker turned off and you had to press on to wake it up again, hopeless for use with Echo dot as it needs to be on all the time in case it says something, fine for music but that's it... perhaps it has the auto off function as an option now ??
